Here's my thing; I don't much care if this was an international group's coordinated effort or just one shithead who wanted to cause chaos.  It's a terrorist act no matter who committed it.  Nevermind the political correct bullshit - call it what it is.  Just ask those people if they felt terror during that ordeal and you have your answer, plain and simple.
