I never undserstood the button fly jeans thing:

I really never understood the appeal of button fly jeans. I think using buttons rather than a zipper is like using chop sticks rather than a fork; why add more work for yourself?

How Can This Be?

Can someone explain to me how it is that in this post 9/11 environment we don't have armed security on any and all U.S. vessels sailing anywhere in the world??

This bullshit has gone on way too long. I wonder what Obama's teleprompter says we should do?

He goes overseas and apologizes to everyone he can find for the way America has behaved. North Korea fires a missile while he is speaking at an event and then for the first time in 200 years we've got these scumbags demanding shit from us. what?? squeeze me? you're what's red n' swollen???

If you ask me what to do - it's very simple. Comply with whatever demands they want, get the Capitan back and then blow their asses up.

Sorry for the rant but this is friggin' ridiculous.

Send Lawyers Guns & Money:

Not only is this a fantastic song by the late Warren Zevon (a genius in my opinion), but it also sums up how I am feeling about the Republican Party 2 days after an historic election in which the people of this great land elected Barack Obama to the Presidency of the United States (do you like the way I used the word ‘an’ correctly there before historic?).

In addition, the GOP lost seats in both houses of Congress further weakening its representation and causing conservatives everywhere to shake their heads in disgust and concern. Talk about being handed a shit sandwich!

Obama is now my President and I accept that. I respect him for the campaign that he ran. That said, its one thing to say it and certainly another thing to do it. We’re all watching starting now to see what he does, to see how high taxes will go up for average folks like the Jakers*. We’re waiting to see what happens to the healthcare system, Iraq, how we deal with terrorism in general and to see if he will be 'way left' or merely 'left of center'.

As for the Republicans, they need some help – they need all the help they can get. They need different message tellers. They need to somehow get people of all races and age groups informed and interested about why they are the better alternative. I don’t think Sarah is that person but she is perhaps one of them.

The shit has hit the fan…

* = excludes the Cool Chief who of course makes way over $250K and whose taxes will go through the roof in roughly 20 minutes.

McCain Picks Palin (Yep)

Let me get on the record early here by saying...

Shit Sandwich:

Did you ever have a shit sandwich? Neither have I but if I did I'm sure it would taste a lot like I feel right now. It's a sad day for Patriots everywhere folks. Gear up for higher taxes, illegal immigrants running around with driver’s licenses and criminals getting away with murder literally.

Great job Dems!

9|11

Literally, not a day goes by that I don't think about it. Just going in the city, a glance at a tall building, seeing an airplane up in the sky, even doing nothing in particular - it will jump into my mind. I still can't believe it and I'm still just as pissed off about it 5 years later.

I am all set:

Not that I was all that interested 10 years ago but I can't watch any of this Jonbenet Ramsey thing. I don't want to see that poor girl traipsing around in the beauty queen outfits and I certainly can't stand to look at that creepy cat they arrested in Thailand. We are living in a sad society when this is the only thing the national media can find to put on the news every frickin' night.

2 other points:
There's something a bit "off" with any parent who would put their 4 or 5 year old daughter in those kinds of suggestive outfits, makeup etc. Somethin's not quite right there.

Imagine, if you will, if this poor girl was not a "beauty queen". Would there be the same kind of national coverage? How many young girls who didn't look like her have been killed/missing/abused in the past 10 years? Why has there not been the same kind of interest or coverage from the media about them?

I know the answer, do you?

Curses, foiled again!

I just have this thought of Bin Laden hobbling around in his cave like the wretched dirty ass piece of shit that he is, mumbling to himself like the Wicked Witch of the West.

(to dust off a quote from Scooby Doo)...
"and I would have got away with it, if it wasn't for those meddlin' Brits"

Great job by the British/American intelligence et al, for thwarting another attempt to kill innocent people in the name of "allah". Oh yes, it's a religion of peace - good one!

When is enough enough?

Lots and lots of pro-illegal immigration scumbags took to the streets recently to protest U.S. policies regarding illegals here in our country. Am I missing something or does the United States have the right to have borders and let people come into this country on our terms, complying with our rules & regulations?

So essentially what they're protesting is that we don't have that right and instead they should dictate our border/immigration policies not us? On top of that they have the balls to wave their dishrag of a foreign flag demanding that Americans kowtow to it.

And then they wonder why Americans have bad feelings towards them.

AND IF THEY BURY HIS ASS UP, I'LL HAVE A PLACE TO PARK MY BIKE

Why am I hearing so much about this scumbag "Tookie" Williams? Why do I even know his name? He's dead and justice was served in my opinion. I support the death penalty because it's a deterrent. I would however make some changes. The first one being after you're found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt you have 24 hours to get your shit together and say goodbye to your peeps. This would save time, tax payers dollars and space on this planet (on the good side of the grass). Bottom line - if it deters one person it's a good thing. You gotta be 100% sure these people are guilty though. If you're not 100% then why are you locking them up to begin with? Support for the families of the people he killed is where the focus should be - not on some criminal gangsta piece of shit.

2000 Americans

I think it's good that the Iraqi's came out in large numbers to vote and there was minimal violence. The plan to get us the hell out of there needs to begin to be implemented asap in my opinion. Ramp up the training of the Iraqi's so we can leave. Oh, and the next time we find out someone has plans to do America or American's harm we drop big bombs on them from far away. This bullshit of fighting on the ground with these scumbags and not using our firepower because we don't want to "upset" the muslim community is well, bullshit. Oh and Saddam should have been killed in the spider hole to avoid the carnival that's going to happen with his trial. If the international tribunal does not put this POS (that means Piece Of Shit) to death it will be the biggest joke since jokes were invented... or something.
